Welcome to Feeling Five

At Feeling Five, we believe that understanding and managing our emotions is not just a skill—it's a foundation for living well. Founded by counsellor Justin Joseph, Feeling Five was born out of a simple but powerful observation: many people, young and old, struggle to develop a healthy relationship with their emotions. After years of working one-on-one in the therapy room, Justin began to notice a pattern—many clients, especially young people, were never taught how to process or even recognise what they were feeling. This inspired the creation of interactive workshops that explore emotional intelligence in a grounded, accessible, and engaging way
